You may want to check out the r/keto page on reddit.com. Tons of useful information. Action with thousands and of participants.

Yes Atkins is a variety of ketosis diets. Though most people following a pure keto diet will only stay withing the first phase of induction and not move back to carbs ad the Atkins diet does.

No the surge doesnt sync properly with MFP. MFP sends data to Fitbit, but not the opposite.
-
I am in the same boat. I have the surge and it connects (MFP sends info to fitbit) but MFP doesnt show the calorie difference or steps within the app. I have removed and reset the connection and one time it connected properly. I opened a ticket with MFP and they said they were working on it. This was the beginning of the…

I did the same, I then saw brookstone had them in stock so I cancelled my REI order and reordered from brookstone.
-
Aww Thanks. Never heard that before.

Is focused and determined

I have the surge, and it hasnt synced with MFP at all for steps. Food will sync to the fitbit but nothing, (including steps) will sync to MFP. I contacted MFP about the issue last night.
-
I got mine last week. I am enjoying it however it is not transferring the steps to MFP. I see that others are experiencing this. I have contacted MFP about the issue to see if it is on their end.

I got the surge late last week. I bought it from Brookstone. Both brookstone and REI have it for sale online. I love it!

I am going to do T25 in the morning before work and P90X3 at night after work. I should see some results with that mix.

Outside of annapolis, I work in Beltsville

This may be the same thing. www.myvessyl.com/?referral_token=8env7qJmXBxciPGRr2YrmA I think it is pretty cool, but that price tag at 199 is pretty steep for a cup.

Thats a good observation. It says that it can automatically detect the homemade shakes etc. But I don't know. Your idea of adding it via the APP is probably what would be happening.
-
I never thought of that. I have a tervis and drink almost everything out of it. But because of that, if I do drink tea or a soda, I end up not measuring it. I thought it was interesting how it could track homemade shakes and such. Thanks for the feedback, I just thought the thing was an interesting development.

I saw that they are retailing for $199... the $99 is the presale price. It is an interesting concept but the price is out there a bit.

Good idea, Mine dented the frame as well. I was looking for a wider one because the doors are all 3' wide and the iron gym wont fit.

I am supposed to have 3000 calories a day by the P90x3 standards. I dropped it to the 1800 and I cant even get through lunch today. Perhaps I will follow the plans recommendations on food but cut the calories back. It just seems like too much to me.

I ate breakfast this morning using the X3 diet plan, and I am already at 600 calories. According to the numbers I am supposed to eat 3000 a day to lose weight which just doesnt seem right. So I am doing the number of calorie intake of where I want to be rather than where I am now. Still a heck of a lot of calories compared…

Im doing lean. Lost about 6 pounds and have stagnated. I havent been doing the meal plan though. I start block two on tuesday and am kicking up the meal plan starting tomorrow to hopefully fix my issues.
-
I am on the transition week and start block 2 on tuesday. Ready to really start seeing results.
-
You could always get a P90X3 Tattoo and measure that spot every time :)

I understand. The Isometrix is fun for sure especially if you need to work on balance. Accelerate is hard stuff. I feel that CVX is very hard and one of the hardest to do for me besides Accelerate so I am glad you enjoy it so much. Keeping up to date on MFP as well as the calendar on my fridge and talking the program up is…

Even with a pull up assist band you may be best to try to shed some weight prior to getting into the pull ups. just my .02 but trying to do it at 230 vs 180 is a world of difference. You can also try reverse pullups, mentioned in P90X Original. If you cant do a pull up start with a hang. step up on a chair to the full pull…

I am doing Lean because I want to loose as much weight as possible. The standard and Mass will cause weight gain initially because you are building so much muscle. Muscle burns calories quicker and will start to cause your metabolism to rocket upward but that is why the results take about 30 days or so to really start…

I start Week 2 of Lean version tonight and I am noticing some results my handles are smaller, and chest is flatter and stomach is smaller. Just week two "officially" Getting stoked. Accelerated is beast though especially for a guy like me who hates cardio.
-
I am on my "official" 2nd week. I did a week of classic then went on vacation which was poor planning on my part. Now I am back to it. I decided to do the lean version of the program after I got back which is less strength and more cardio. I have started to drop inches much quicker. My legs have exploded in size and…

I am doing the lean version so the challenge isn't in my setup right now, but I noticed I could keep up much better this week with Agility X than I could last week and my Balance has increased 10 fold.
-
I technically just finished my second week, but because after my first week I went on vacation for a week this past week was really a reboot. So tomorrow is week 2.
-
Yeah I broke my routine last week when I went to FL. So I am getting back on it tonight. I was walking 10 miles a day when I was down there, but also not watching what I was eating
