8th grade and we never really even talked until after college when we Started playing racquetball together at the fitness center then working out and now here we are :)

Fiber is really good for you but you do need to be drinking lots of water! I sometimes put in 40grams a day but usually always atleast 25. :)

This is not your typical cleanse! You eat great food on this one! You basically just cut dairy and sugar out and white carbs :) so dont judge before you know! Advocare never suggest anyone to eat under 1200 calories and actually recommends you eat 1500 per day! :)
