I found cooking the protein powder makes it clump up and rubbery and gross. I took to mixing half a cup of milk or water with the powder and pouring it in at the end, sort of like a glaze. Mixes in better and tastes yummy. I use gnc vanilla ice cream protein powder. Diary is open to see what I put in my oats.

I heard it said before that it takes around 3 weeks to establish a habit. I hated working out, seriously. I went.....no... "forced" ...myself to go to the gym 5-6 days a week for 3 weeks straight. I started going to my gym in January this year and been working out there 4-5 days a week. No one there paid attention to me until last month in May. All of a sudden all the male trainers are stopping by where I am, chatting me up, asking things, flirting....blah blah. I'm pretty sure they are schilling me into signing up…

Sorry, I didn't realize I got all these replies. Thank you for taking the time to advise. I'm overdue for a check-up and made an appt. for next week. I do have a history (while preggo 5 yrs ago) of being borderline anemic and had to take iron pills and B-12 shots. Maybe eating low cals triggered something. I will update…
