After working all day yesterday and having a crabby teething baby last night I didn't feel like shredding so I woke up extra early today and got it done so I wouldnt be able to use that excuse again. Working 12 hours tomorrow but will make up my day 5 on Sunday :D

Did L1D3! My butt kickers are still weak, the waist belt support really helped with the gallbladder scar pain and I was able to do the jumping jacks today. I didn't want to exercise but because I logged it on my day I didnt want to be a jerk and delete it haha!

I haven't done real exercise in about 16 months so today I'm feeling that L1D1. I could barely walk or lift my 18lb daughter so I took today off. Might make this a 45 day shred and do every other day for this first week. But we'll see how I feel after tomorrow L1D2!

I am due January 22nd! I read if you are overweight/obese then you will lose weight during your pregnancy. I am finding this to be true. Congrats! Emotional eating can be the worst! I am sorry for your loss. Focus on mourning. It will lead to a happy healthier you in the long run.
