So I have been doing pretty good on my eating and have added in the shred to most of my days and when I hopped on the scale this morning i was expecting some loss and I saw a gain. Is this just a bump before a big loss or what? I am confused and trying VERY hard to no get discouraged.

This may seem like a stupid question but is it bad to go over your protein? I typically do this everyday and it is the only number consistantly in the red.

Great NSV
Bought a pair of jeans Saturday without trying them on, they didn't have "my' size so I bought one size smaller taking a gamble and thought if they didn't fit I'll just take them back. I put then on yesterday and they fit PERFECTLY with no muffin toppin or anything.. Felt amazing <3

Calculation question
I work at a day care. I am in 3-4 year old room. I work between 4-6 hours a day. There is NO sitting and I am constantly on the move. How would you input that into your workout log. I put it as "cleaning, light" for only 120 minutes but I am not so certain that is right. Any suggestions?
