Workout videos are nice because they tell you everything you need to do. There's plenty of variety and ones at different fitness levels and you can do them with someone, or without and in the privacy of your own home. I like going for walks and jogs outside to enjoy the sun, nature, and to mix things up.

Nutrition facts aren't going to ALWAYS be perfect ALL THE TIME..and the calories burned that it calculates are even less accurate, they are just estimates. These should serve as a GUIDEline to you.. I first joined over a year ago, used it a couple days, and gave up. I found out my aunt has one, and then I started using it again, the encouragement is an important piece :)
