39 miles total for this month- ended up working for a week stripping 11 rooms of wallpaper, got some calorie burn in there. With warmer weather coming and getting back down to Florida, hoping to get back up to 70 miles.

My laptop is being fixed, so no ticker for me today. another 11.6 miles this past week, combination of walking, trail walking and snowshoeing. Not getting as many miles per day, but more of a work out when I get out. Mtd= 28 miles, goal was 70, can I drop it to 60?:ohwell:

I am going to make and exceed my goal this month!! I missed my goal due to an injury, but am happy with 57.5, still better than nothing. As I was walking on the snow mobile trails along with some bush whacking, I had the opportunity to reflect on the year. Peanut butter and jelly (or banana) sandwich or roll up on high fiber lavash bread or 100 calorie sandwich thins. Cereal doesn't cut it for me unless I mix it with greek yogurt.

Your son is 5, you can change his eating/snacking habits now. Just get different fruits and keep cut up veggies in the fridge.
