I am starting 30 day shred today.

level 1 day 6 for me this morning. I checked out level 2 this morning. It looks like it is going to be a great level to work at. I can't wait to start it in a few days. I am feeling good about lasting this long so far and will keep at it.

Level 1 day 5 for me as well. I am really feeling it too. But it is a good feeling though! I know that in the end the results and actually accomplishing this workout for 30 days will all be worth it.

Today is day 4 level 1 for me. Had to take yesterday off as I have respiratory infection. Didn't want to take too much time off or I know I will not finish this.

My day 2 level 1 was done on May 3rd and day 3 level 1 May 4th. I'm feeling good about getting this done. A lil sore though.

I did not see this group until last night so today was my day 1 level 1. I have started this video before but only completed a few days. This time I am going to try harder to see this through for the 30 days. I am fed up with being overweight.
