I was told by nurses when I was in the hospital after having children that breastfeeding would help to tighten your stomach. I'm not sure how true because I didn't breastfeed long enough but the nurse who told me said she did and she had a very flat stomach and her child was young.

Mon - All strength training, mostly upper body...arms, back, abs Tues & Thurs- 45 min cardio (arc trainer), 15 min abduction/adduction machine Wed - 30 min cardio (arc trainer), 15 min abduction/adduction machine Sat- swim 1/2 a mile This is what its been like the past 2 weeks

Love your name too! Lol I usually do strength training separately. Would doing 30 min cardio & 30 min strength be more beneficial?

It was horrible today (thanks to the chinese food craving), I'm sitting here drinking water now, but I've been trying to watch it on previous days and even when I come under in sodium, I still feel the same way.

I would say do a little of both...I think that would be more beneficial.

Bump...2 c-sections here in less than 3 years. I've noticed that when I do a lot of ab work everything tightens except my pooch :-( but I'm back on my journey consistently now so I'll keep hope alive that with my weight loss and strength training I can get somewhat desired results.
