Want to burn more calories
I burn approx 400-500 calories in a hour. I only have about an hour of workout time in a day due to Mommy and teacher duties. Anyone have any suggestions on how I can burn more in that hour time period? I usually use the Arc Trainer, but not opposed to other machines, and the classes offered don't fit my schedule.

Help! Sweet Tooth Attack!
Well, I started eating better this week and haven't had any sweets and now I'm having a craving but don't want to mess up my efforts. I don't have any in the house but I'll be leaving soon and passing by several 7-eleven's and such. What suggestions do you all have that can help make it go away?!
