Struggling to get my 10,000 steps today, only made 9,088. Got in a great 30 min ab workout with my personal trainer.

Doing great! I do a variety of exercises. Elliptical, cycle, walking and I work with a personal trainer doing resistance and weight training.

I heard it's harder to lose weight when you don't get enough sleep, but most of our lives are so busy. I've been sleeping on average only 4 hours per night and I know it's unhealthy. I'm trying very hard to make sleep a priority like I do my workouts.
