 That's just day 1 … each day adds a few more reps of each exercise. There are some rest days in between. I'll post each day the night prior.0

 I have to admit, I am in trouble!!! For the last few days, I was like 'oh this is going to easy'. Then I did day 1. Holy wow, 29 more days - and harder days at that!!! I DEFINITELY have some getting in shape to do!0

            I did the challenge today. The sit-ups are what killed me! I've been doing crunches but haven't attempted a sit-up in ages!0

            Started on Day 2. Full sit ups hurt my back so I just combined crunches with sit ups and did 28 crunches instead.0

            I did June 2 last night with a modification. I had trouble with the full situps on Sunday, but managed to get in all of them. Last night when I tried, I couldn't do even one! I do 3 sets of 15 crunches right now with my weight routine so I decided to just let those count for my situps. Will try to do the full situps again today but I may need to just keep increasing my crunches in place of them. I had back surgery about 10 years ago, and don't want to aggravate the back.0

            Completed June 3 challenge. I think Emy and Merilynn have a good idea - crunches instead of sit-ups. I'm going to continue to attempt the sit-ups, but my back doesn't like them so much so will replace what I can't do in sit-ups with crunches.0

            June 5 challenge done! A friend told me that she does sit ups on an exercise ball. I tried that this morning and it is way better. Not sure if it's cheating or not, but it didn't hurt my back and I felt like I was using my abdominal muscles more than doing sit ups the regular way. Plus you have to balance!0
