Log in my food and exercise every day and STICK TO THE PLAN. I want to meet small goals of 1-2 lbs a week until I've reached my goal. Eat better, exercise more. Sound familiar? Oh, and stay motivated.

135. I'm 5'5" female. I am at 165 right now. 30 to go. Those of you who have reached goals or milestones are an inspiration to me. I've been up and down all year and have a hard time sustaining my calorie reduction. I am basically a stress eater and need to substitute something else for when things get crazy.

Please add me as well. I've started and stopped on my goals about 4 times since January, and I've got to stay on track now. Having some fitness buddies will really help. Yes, I love the chocolate, salty carbs, too. Been working out at the gym with regularity, but just eating too much!
