You look great, I can't imagine you losing 10 more pounds. Maybe your body is where it is supposed to be. Good luck, but you look fabulous.

Thanks for the reminder. Have a great weekend.

Wow, that is great progress. I have 10 more to go and am stuck. Thanks for the motivation. I'll keep at it.

Wow, that is really amazing. I am having trouble with the last 15, seriously, can't get the scale to budge and I work my butt off. Eating is a challenge, but I do end up under, usually. Did you ever get stuck? Did you ever feel like you wanted to give up? What kept you going? I love to workout, it makes me feel so good.…

This is a great sight for crock pot recipes. She posted a new recipe each day for a year. Good luck!! http://crockpot365.blogspot.com/

I don't have pics, but I am 5'6 and at 195 I was a 16. I am now 169 and still a 14, my thighs and butt need to budge. My waist has wittled down nicely. That junk in the trunk is not going anywhere yet.

Glad I am not the only one with that self sabotaging demon. Thanks for your post, good to read it. I am not sure how to not sabotage. I mean, I can't tell myself to NEVER eat a treat or unhealthy food ever again, that is not the reality I live in. I look back and see where I was a year ago, and my eating is much, much…

This IS really good. I make it all of the time. I will have to try adding the cocoa powder. I do usually top it with mini chocolate chips, 1 tablespoon. It is really good!!!

Wow, that is amazing. Thanks for the inspiration, and being honest that you did have your "days off" - which I am having today. Good luck on reaching your goal. You look great.

My friend swears by Enell. It was on Oprah. They are about $60, but she says they are worth every penny - and she is REALLY frugal. So if she says it is worth it, believe me, it totally is. Good luck.

I have 6 kids, and a husband who I love dearly (sometime he counts as kids number 7). So, whenever I am asked my occupation, I put "Domestic Engineer who specializes in managing chaos". I laughed because on one of the school papers that has the emergency contact info on it, they really did list "domestic engineer" as my…

I fast once a month with my church. It is good for your body and helps you have some self control. When I am done with it, I feel more in control of myself and more in tune with my soul. It has never stalled my weight loss. In fact, it has always felt very cleansing and a nice way to start the month. Just be sure after…

Thanks for the inspiration. What great progress!!!

That is really great. Way to go!!!

Have you tried that new Dr. Pepper 10. It tastes better than diet. Something I do when I get a soda now is I do 2/3 diet and 1/3 regular, so I still get a taste of the regular, but not as much sugar. Seriously, if I happen to drive through McD's while kids are in the car the workers think I am crazy when I order a large…

Wow, keep up the good work. Looks like you lost way more than 12 pounds. That is awesome!!

That happened to me too. I almost cried. Great job on your weight loss so far. Keep up the good work.

We had our first when I was 26, my husband did 4 years of vet school, and we had another during that time. I have had friends who have waited and are perfectly happy. We had 4 more after vet school, so I am glad I started early. I do have to say that my first four pregnancies were WAY better than my last 2. I think it is…

I found a kashi cereal that only has 80 calories per serving, honey crisps or something like that. I don't eat a ton of cereal bc it doesn't fill me up, but this cereal was good, I had it as a snack sometimes. Good luck!!

Yes, I will be 40 next year. I want 15 more pounds off by then (actually by May 9th is my goal, and then to maintain into the rest of my life), I am looking forward to my 40's. They will be a breeze compared to my 30's, maybe? Is having teenagers more work than having babies? I ...hope... not. I need to enjoy these babies…

I hear you, sister!!! I have the same issue, made cookies for my daughter's class, ate 1 dozen, yes that is correct, 1 dozen. Today I "started over", once again. I am learning that I need to allow myself to have a treat, but somehow be in control, which is so hard for me. I went for 1 year without chocolate on a bet, why…

saute some spinach, add eggs, flip, add a LITTLE bit of cheese, fold it over - Quick Veggie Omelet, about 225 calories (made with 2 eggs).

"It does not matter the physical appearance of the please." From "Despicable Me" after a girl is whining about something and says "pretty please????"

Thanks, I needed to hear this today. I am 12 pounds away, and stuck. I have not included Christ in this very much, and see that I really need His help. Thanks for the reminder, I should have thought of that to begin with.

I started the DVD Bob Harper, Pure Strength, It is really great. I got it at Amazon.com. It is very challenging, but you do what you can and see yourself improve and get strong very quickly. There is a beginner workout, and then the intense one. Good luck!!

AMAZING Thanks for the inspiration!!

Small amt of Olive Oil (like 1/4 to 1/2 tsp), saute red pepper and spinach, other veggies if you like, add two eggs. Turn, add 1 Tablespoon of cheese, fold over. Love the quick veggie omelet. Keeps me satisfied for a long time.

Wow, truly insipiring!!!

I had a bad weekend too,but got up early and worked out. I feel good about today, will make it lighter - LOTS of fruits and veggies today. We can do this. Add me if you want. I am here everyday. I didn't log food on Sunday either. Starting over today. One day at a time. Can't let one weekend discourage us after all of the…
