Thanks for answering. I have the amounts in grams, but I would think you would have to add cals and or carbs, if you put it in a pan and stir fry it, or would you just add up the uncooked items. Cause that would be easy to find out, most lists have them in.

Okay, thanks for these replies. So am I okay in eating my 2 or 3 egg omelette with bacon? Or should i do it without the bacon? I am not a plain yoghurt eater, so would need something to make it taste nice.

Hiya, welcome here. I was a member here for a while already too, but never really got into it. But have now. Starting to get to know how it all works. Been tracking since yesterday. Thanks. With strength, it is like a circuit I do after doing 10 minutes of cardio. You mostly sit on apparatus doing arm stuff, legg stuff, biceps stuff. So not holding weights in your hands or something like that, but the apparatus for it. What is an HRM adjust? Haven't heard of that.

Thanks found it, but it didn't really add up to the amount of calories I burned, so I added one myself. Another question, i have also done 2 rounds of fitness strength apparatus, not sure how to fill that in. I have no idea how many calories you burn with that.
