The last weeks I have been logging food and exercise (using runtastic). The first week I lost about 3 lbs (1.6 kg). And the 2nd I didn't lose anything. I have been doing a lot of elliptical. Hard to calculate oven dish
I basically stopped using MFP, because when I make an oven dish with different ingredients, I find it so hard to calculate what I put in it. Pasta, veggies, meat. Anyone any ideas how to make that easier?

Don't get this, sugar levels
Been active here for a month now, sporting, tracking food, but not losing weight. So this morning I thought I would eat fruit for breakfast. 1 apple and 100 grams grapes. Feel like a bad mom
I just refound this place and am getting quite good in logging in what I eat and the exercise I do, because I have overweight. So does my husband, but he isn't too worried about it right now. Too much protein today
How bad is it, to have too much protein in a day. Mine is quite a bit too much today. Fat I only have -2, so that isn't too bad, not brilliant though. But I have no idea what too much protein does.
