  • My intake isn't 500 to 1000 calories a day?? I am usually around 1200 to 1500. I use the elliptical about half an hour a day and some sit-ups and push-ups, all logged in with Runtastic.

  • Thanks people. Am contiplating do a little more elliptical now. Its almost 8pm here. I have had about 1300 calories today, might take another snack a little later, but I would feel better if I do another 20 minutes of elliptical.

  • That could be an idea, taking him to our doctor. I am going to make his own log here though, so I can track what he is getting in him. I will be going to the gym in a bit, and I will tell him, he is going to do Wii Fit Plus for a while, that is at least a start.
