Hi I think you should be doing some form of exercise. I agree you will feel better and it will help in the beginning cutting back the cal. It really helped me know I burned more burning the day and whenI would slip I didn't feel so bad.

wow I have stopped eating any of the fake sugar. It is really bad for you and it makes you crave more food after. A friend explained how it would make my body hold the wt. I think for me it helps because I tend to eat more then I think. I love having a scale so I know I am eating the rt amount of oz in my protein. I also measure out my food by cups. it really helps if you are like me and always eat more then you think you are eating. :smile:

I am having the same issue- I work out for 2 hours a day 600 700 cal a day 6 times a week and wt training. I am adding my cal from working out - I try to eat a lot but I am so worried I am not going to loose. I also think i don't eat enough after the workout and then try to fill the calories at night.
