Just for today: 1. I will stay within my calories. 2. I will do an hour of zumba. 3. I won't eat anything after 8:00 p.m.

Just for today: 1. I will get in an hour of exercise. 2. I won't eat anything after 8:00 p.m. 3. I will remind myself that the number on the scale is not necessarily an accurate reflection on my progress. I am able to do significantly more physically than I ever was before.

Yeah, I listen to Pandora while I'm on the treadmill. My problem is getting myself on a schedule so that I will actually GET there. I need to figure out a way to trick myself into thinking I need to get there by 6:00 or whatever. Otherwise I procrastinate my night away since there isn't a deadline. Know what I mean?

Log every single bit of the food I eat, since I know I won't be able to get any cardio after work tonight. Drink water instead of soda during my drive tonight. Bring healthy snacks from home in an effort to avoid the sugary snacks at mom's house.

Zumba in the morning, try not to go overboard but get a little of whatever I want, short workout at night. And no guilt, no matter what happens. It's one day and it's not about my diet, it's about spending time with my family and appreciating the effort they put into the meal. :)
