  • Let it be your free meal of the week. I wouldn't worry about calories at a place like that. You can cut back on any wine or alcoholic beverages if it will make you feel better :-). Just work out harder the rest of the week or add an extra workout day to your normal schedule. That is usually what I do to balance things out.
  • I love her DVDs. I have 4 that I keep in rotation. I prefer the 4-5 miles with interval training (mild jogging) and I use hand weights and ankle weights to increase the intensity.
