Well, here is what I didnt mention. I'm doing the insanity workout. a very very hard workout, so i do need the carbs. i consume about 1900 cal, 20g fat, 250g carb and 200g protien. I did this workout back in feb and i lost 24lbs in 5 weeks, and i ate whatever i wanted....then i quit. i started again on nov 1st and have…

I have bought the Insanity program and I have lost 14lbs in 3 weeks. It is very hard on the body, a lot of jumping and constant moving. You really feel like quitting before the warm-up is done, but I really feel that it works.

Well, I lost 70lbs. I don't really know if I USED this site. It's a good web site to keep track of your logs and seek advice, but I never really used it for anything else but a timeline.

Interested in having a workoutbuddy? I am going through the hiring process for Riverside and San Bernardino County Sheriffs Departments and I MUST get myself in running shape by Aug. 26. Or if anybody else knows how to find gym buddies, let me know. I am trying craigslist but also trying my luck on here.

How many have dropped a large amount of weight saying you would be so happy if you could reach a certian weight, only to discover that once you reached this weight, you still weren't happy. I began at 300lbs and said if I got down to 250, I'd be happy. I now weigh 230 and still feel chubby. Still not happy. :indifferent:

Well I had 2 cheesy bean and rice burritos and an order of nachos bell grande from taco bell, and don't regret it one bit......now that i think about it, i do regret it. I haven't had a cheat meal in so long and it didnt satisfy my taste buds. Love the full feeling but should have had something else as a cheat meal.:devil:
