  • I don't smoke cigarettes but I'm up to a pack a day of gum:wink: I chew a stick of gum when I start getting food cravings and that usually works for me.   • Love spinach! I do a green smoothie every day for breakfast. Google green smoothie and it will give you tons of ideas. Also love having a spinach salad with warm grilled chicken, avocado, tomatos and black olives. Now I'm hungry LOL!
