  • It's definetely soreness vs. pain. My muscles just feel really tight so I am going to take your advice and do some good stretches, keep at my water and go for it. Thanks for you advice.
  • I had gastic bypass surgery in 2005 and following that my hair would come out by the clump fulls. Make sure you are getting at least 60 grams of protein, take biotin, B6, and drink lots of water!
