  • I was just wondering about this! I go over my sugar allotment almost every day because of the amount of fruit that I eat . I realize I don't have to track for medical reasons, but I don't like the red numbers making me feel like I'm failing, even though I'm eating fruit!

  • Get off the scale. Stop weighing yourself. I weigh myself once a week, at the same time each week and never at any other time. As other posts said, your body weight changes throughout the day.   • I love oven roasting it. Toss with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, pepper, and a dash of crushed red pepper flakes. If you have it, some herbs de provence is a great addition. 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until beginning to brown. Enjoy!
