I mix mine with agave nectar and spread on Kashi Original waffles and top with whatever fruit I have on hand and a sprinkle of walnuts! Love it!!!

I like Uncle Sam Original! Its high fiber and no sugar! Ingredients are Whole wheat kernels, whole flaxseed, salt, barley malt. I like to put a packet of splenda on it and some cinnamon and add some milk. Sometimes I throw in some walnuts!

I still weigh during that time, if anything it helps me see what is normal for me! I usually got up about 3-4lbs during that time, but once its over with the gain leaves as well. I am usually my lowest weight right after!

I weigh every morning. It helps me to see what normal for me, how my body reacts to different foods, and normal fluctuations. I also don't record until I see a new low.

I just rediscovered mine! I can't remember the last time I saw my collar bone. I was so excited to see it again!!

As long as you get right back to it! The scale may go up a little the day after or so, but as long as you get back to your plan and exercise it will come right back off.
