High fiber meals and lots of water. Some sort of exercise is also important. I find if I keep myself occuped I don't think abt food. You shouldn't drop , you have to keep trying. You're worth the effort, I know I am. Talk to your doctor and try and figure oit a plan that u can work with. It sucks when health issues get in our way. But try and make good food choices and a walk to keep active. Just keep at it :-)

I typically don't eat 2hrs before bed. I rather my body work on other things while I'm sleeping not digesting food.
