I would also like to add that I hate stretching/yoga routines but I had to do one with my Chalean Extreme/Turbo Fire hybrid schedule today and it was wonderful. My legs feel so much better!

My dad has that and I probably do too. My feet ALWAYS hurt. They told him to stretch his feet. When you are standing you're supposed to lift your toes up to stretch your feet. It feels good. Try it!

Today was W3D1 for me. My heart monitor was beeping like crazy for part of it. I'm pretty sure it said the words "sit down or you're going to pass out." I told it to shut up and kept going. I did it all! I can't imagine surviving week 4 at this point but I'll worry about that next Wed. :drinker:

I have to get up early and do it before my kids wake up or I don't do it at all. I'm a SAHM too so it's not like I can't find time to do it the rest of the day. I just find 1000 reasons to do something else instead or my daughter decides we're going to do something else. W2D3 done! I have to run on the treadmill to do this…

W2D2 Managed to kick my speed up a few notches and still hang in there. Looking forward to the next one! Jenny-I'm in the Chalean Extreme phase of my hybrid. I figured out I do better on the run if I do it first and then use the other part to stretch me out after.

I like Chalean Extreme! It doesn't have the snappy Turbo Fire music but it's definitely effective. I prefer it to 30DS but 30DS is definitely a cheaper option. My kids hated it when I started Turbo Fire because I kept singing "Boom I got your boyfriend!" all the time. :bigsmile:

MrsSpratt-I get up an hour earlier than my kids and workout. I am NOT a morning person either. It's the only way I can guarantee I will do it. If I tell myself I will do it later, I find a 1001 reasons to do something else. My daughter likes to watch me work out but she bugs me the entire time. (I need this! I need that!)…

I tried a 5k a few years ago. It was insanely hot that day and it was brutal. The good runners finished the race and ran back out to run with the rest of us that were completely dying. It was awesome. I also remember the ambulance driver standing at the half way point. My sister and I were bright red and ready to give up.…

I would help them trash talk my clothes and then cry in the 360' mirror. LOL One of the crazy dressers works in the same company as my sister. I would have laughed every day at work and been happy just to see his outfits.

55EZ today. I thought it was TF 30 today so I was unpleasantly surprised that it was 55EZ. LOL I had to limp from the bed down the stairs so I was wondering how the workout was going to go. Turns out it went pretty well. :bigsmile:
