I had to stop cold turkey. I thought I could have it in moderation and it turns out, I can't! I had one sip after not having any for months and it tasted awful to me. It's been at least two years for me. Water with ice and lemon helped a lot!

I just started Insanity again after a long break. I'm almost through the first week and if someone touches my abs right now, I will cry. Lol

I did 1 round of Insanity years ago. I hated Tanya and Shawn T both but I was in the best shape ever when I was done. I just started it again this week because I want to feel that good again. If it makes you feel better, Tanya got married and had a baby before they filmed T25 and she's a mere mortal now.

W7D1 today. I would love to say I ran right through it without any problems but I can't. I was great...then I was dead...then I was great...then I was dead. Still farther and faster than anything I've done before so I'm ok with it. I'll just keep at it. Eventually my brain/lungs/legs will decide to all work together. :)

W6d3 done! It was tough. My head probably gave out sooner than my body. Was lightheaded and a little off. Had to pause a few times but not for too long. Even with the breaks, it was better and farther than before so I will still call that a victory.

The dreaded week 5, day 3 is done! It wasn't easy. I couldn't breathe through my nose, my legs felt super tight, and my brain wanted to give up the entire time. But I did it. Done. Now where's my couch? Oh wait...I'm off to a butts n guts class. Lol
