I took a few days off from walking/running and now every time I put on my running shoes it starts to rain cats and dogs outside. I mean, I know that I won't melt, but its just so yucky out side, and my motivation right now is so low. I've decided that even if it is raining when I get out of work this morning I will be running whether in the rain or on a treadmill!
