Hi everyone -- Tuesdays are my busy day at work. I work from 8-6 then go straight to bowling from 6:30 -9:30 so it is just one big crazy day. I don't get home til close to 10pm. Sometimes after I write down I still decide to eat but a lot of times the act of figuring out why I think I am wanting to eat when not hungry helps me to delay the impulse eating and figure out what is really going on.
