I had the same problem when I first started - try and add more calorie dense foods into your diet (avocado, olive oil, nuts, peanut/almond butter, full fat dairy). Keep at it :)

I snack all day and then have dinner which is usually 300-400 calories.

I'll put avocado on/in just about anything - yum! A great salad combo - Mango, Avocado, Shredded roast chicken breast, spinach and flaked almonds. Best. Ever.

I used to struggle to eat 1200 calories, try adding calorie dense food into your diet (avocado, olive oil, nuts, etc). It's important that you eat enough food. Whilst I lost about 15kg by barely eating 1200 calories a day, a lot of it was lean muscle. I regret that and am now trying to rectify it!

Perhaps try upping your calories? I was stuck for months at the same weight until I increased my calorie intake by a few hundred a day. Have you been tracking waist/arm measurements, etc? Sometimes your weight may stay the same but you are losing inches. Just be patient, it will happen :)
