  • I like anything upbeat: Madonna, Blackeye Peas, etc.. I find I workout harder if the music tempo is fast because I end up synchronizing my steps to it. Hip-hop is good too.   • Normal BMI is my goal. The shock of being classed "morbidly obese" was my wake up call. I have lost over 50 pounds now and my BMI is 28.8. I am still in the overweight category, but I plan to lose 20 more pounds by November. Great job. Thanks for the motivation.
