My Fitbit goal is 1200 to lose two pounds/week. I pretty much eat that. I have two little kids that I run around doing errands or activities with. Outside that, I try to go for a short walk at night (20 mins). I have a Fitbit but I don’t eat back the calories because I find I don’t lose if I do. I’m 5”6 and 187. I had some…

Steamed brussel sprouts with balsamic vinegar, cooked spinach with sea salt (incredible and healthy), pineapple, blueberries, organic bananas (taste so much better).... there's lots of good healthy food!
