I cannot believe how much better I feel by eating right and exercising.... Hope I don't ever forget this (again) :smile:

    It seems there are so many benefits to eating healthy and exercising, not just weight loss. Energy, atttitude, self-esteem, endurance, reduce risks of all kinds of health problems, meet people on MFP, meet people while you work out, nutritional knowledge, recipes, share nutritional ideas, support and much more!!!

    I love this site! It's such a positive thing for people!
