Your body can be getting so used to your workout that it will become harder to lose. I wouldn't say change it, but maybe add in something extra to throw your body off. Like for instance if you don't have equipment or videos add in something like jumping squats, burpees and other things that will help you to keep your body…

Pretty much anything If its sweet and salty it is a trigger food. Candy, chips, cake...the list could go on.

I am on a rest day today, but currently have started the C25K but I will have to finish Day 3 on Sunday since I am heading out of town today. I will be active, looking forward to some hiking and fun with friends. Plus side is they are health nuts so I know I won't go over my calorie intake.

I'm an emotional eater too. I tend to eat more on my down days, which most do. If I feel to heavy I eat, if I want go celebrate the loss of a pound I eat.

My husband is ALWAYS getting junk foods, it is horrible for me. One thing I wish he would do is buy a safe and keep it away from me. My kids can have something but me, no I eat once and its gone before I know it.

I just had this problem last night. I seriously just ate a few chips, then had some more, then got a popsicle (that was healthy at least) then shared a slim jim with my son and finished off with a slice of small pizza. By the time I realized what I did I felt so guilty

I do agree with the whole, the more you eat the more you crave. I can eat 1 candy bar and be hooked on chocolate. I can eat ice cream and just want more. It is impossible for me because any food can technically "trigger" my binge eating. I can't stop at 1 or 2 I go half or all the way :frown:

Even if you are sore, the more you work out the faster your soreness goes away. I would say get it all done and out of the way in one swoop. I LOVE being sore.

My name is Kendra, live in CO. I am 24 years old. I have 3 kids. I was 145 before I had my first and was 211 at my heaviest after my 3rd. I am currently 192. Just need some motivation to get back to my pre pregnancy weight. My problem is I am an emotional eater. I eat when I am mad, sad, lonely, angry...you name it food is…
