I LOVE my fitbit (I have the Fitbit One). I find it really motivating...I definitely work on moving more because of it. I personally prefer the One to the Flex, as it measures floors climbed. Also -- I have hear some bad things about the Flex's accuracy -- just FYI (in case you were deciding between the two). :)

So excited to try this -- thanks!

I love Sun Warrior! I actually just use the natural flavour (because I'm not a fan of the taste of stevia)...mixes great, not grainy texture like I've heard you get with hemp protein!

I had diastisis recti that was 4-5 fingers and I have fixed it with exercise in only 4 months! Seriously. You can do physio and there are specific exercises that also work really well. Most important thing is NOT to do any crunches or oblique exercises until you have corrected it. The biggest thing you can do is to work on…

Wow. Just wow. I'm sitting here with tears in my eyes. Such an awesome story and an amazing transformation (body and mind). I'm still a work-in-progress...I can only hope that I have results like yours by the time my baby is one (she's 7.5 months old now)! You're an inspiration -- thanks for sharing! :flowerforyou:

I'm still breastfeeding my 7.5 month old daughter, and have lost 35 pounds in the last 4 months. I generally eat over 2000 calories a day (if you look at my diary, it looks like 1825...but I have a negative entry of 300 calories per day for breastfeeding) and as a result, haven't had any supply issues. I also do circuit…

Canned tuna is cheap and high in protein.

Hi! I'm a 34 year old mom of two girls (7 months and 2.5 years)! Have lost just over 35 pounds and am hoping to lose somewhere between 10-20 more! Anyone can feel free to add me!

My favorite part of the post: "As for me, I’m going to take the passive aggressive approach and start buying used Abercrombie & Fitch clothes, cutting the tags off, sewing them onto really cheap and ugly mega-store jeans, and handing them out to overweight hobos everywhere." Freaking hilarious!

Heya! I Just tallied it up and I cannot even believe it, but I've lost 6.6 pounds since April 3!!! I won't be able to report back in at the end of the month, because my family is off to Hawaii on Friday (and I won't be bringing a scale, lol)! Hope everyone has an awesome last week of April!
-
Ha ha, glad I wasn't the only one that noticed!
-
Feel free to add me as well! I'm a mommy to two little girls -- a two and a half year old and a 7 month old! :)

I'm 5'4" and weigh about 143 (down from about 173 since January). Still looking to lose another 15-20 pounds. Feel free to add me! :)

In all honesty, you should try to avoid setting time limits for yourself...it can just be too stressful! Just try to focus on making sure you're eating the right number of calories (according to you BMR and TDEE). I have found that that is the most important thing for weight loss...working out will help you to be more…
-
Don't get discouraged! You've lost a pound -- that's awesome! Still plenty of time left in April to lose even more! :) I'm down 2.2 pounds so far...weigh in is Wednesday (though I might try for a mid-week weigh in tomorrow because I'm curious, lol)!
-
Lost a pound last week...and next weigh in is tomorrow (though I'm guessing it won't be great, as I splurged more than I should have this weekend). Have a great week everyone!
-
I am in the same boat (only difference is that I enter nursing as a negative adjustment in my food diary so that it deducts from my macros to account for protein/carbs/fat that I need to eat back)...I have been ignoring my fitbit adjustments (really just using them as a guide to see whether I should be moving more…

Super bump! So excited to make these -- thanks!

Sounds delicious -- thanks!

Oopsies...mini-fail already (no workout tonight...going to watch Game of Thrones and have a glass of wine instead lol)! I'll make up for it tomorrow though...I promise! :)
-
This is hard work, but I am worth it!
-
My weigh in day is Wednesday...so I'll have to update then...but as of last Wednesday, I am 147.8 pounds. Fingers crossed that I'll be a bit lower than that this Wednesday (but who knows with all the Easter chocolate, lol)!
-
Totally ready for this! Gotta try to sneak a workout in tonight...kick start April off right!

I would love to join as well!
