Not just an MFP thing, but I friggin' hate the term "woot woot" (if you can call it a "term"). Drives me bat *kitten* crazy.

Never officially plateaued. I have had a couple of slow weeks (but those were arguably by choice when I went on vacation and got sloppy with my logging). Have lost almost 50 pounds in 7 months. The losses are WAY smaller now that I'm so close to goal, but I'm fine with that because I'm pretty content with my weight now.

Hi Hayley -- I'm also Hayley (even spelled the same)! I'm 5'4"...started here in January at around 174 pounds and have lost almost 50 pounds since then. You can totally do this -- and you don't even need to cut that many calories (I eat around 1800 calories per day and am still losing). Happy to support you in whatever way…

Friend request sent! :)

I'm still nursing my 10 month old (no plans to stop anytime soon either). Feel free to add me! Happy to share ideas, my diary is open...also happy to share war stories about late night feedings, working out despite being a sleepless zombie, and what this weight loss combined with nursing has done to my boobs (or as I…

Bumping in the hopes that someone will have a good answer! I have had two emergency c-sections, and the flap of skin just above my scar makes me shudder daily. I have lost a bunch of weight, but that flap just gets worse and worse. Hopefully it will tighten up someday...

Not trying to be an a-hole, but the last two days in your diary, it looks like you burned more than you ate!? So you're not netting 1200...you're netting a negative number!? No wonder you're hungry! Eat! Please...just eat! :flowerforyou:

Thank you for posting this...this was precisely what I needed to hear (so frickin' sick of worrying about my sodium intake that I actually had to delete it from my diary settings because it was stressing me out)!

I love Silver Hills Little Big Bread! It's only 110 calories for 2 slices, and it's full of protein, fibre and all that good stuff (plus it's delicious)!
-
I am SO with you! I wanted to love almond milk (and coconut milk for that matter), but blech! Not for me. Love my soy milk (especially flavoured). Man I miss regular milk though (recently diagnosed allergy)!

I have a milk allergy and absolutely cannot drink whey protein shakes. If she is actually allergic to milk protein and not just lactose intolerant, I would not suggest even trying it. I LOVE Sun Warrior vegan protein powder (it's a brown rice based protein powder). I get it in the natural (unflavoured) variety and mix it…

Vancouver, BC here! Feel free to add me! :)

Sounds delish -- thanks!

I'm not a fan of artificial sweeteners or stevia, so I use Vanilla Soy Milk in my coffee! It's delicious and has almost the same sugar count as regular milk!

Hi all! I'm Hayley from British Columbia, Canada. I've been on MFP since January, and have lost just over 40 pounds in that time. I am super proud of that achievement, but am stuck on these last 10 or so pounds (these 10 pounds though, will...when they finally come off...bring me to my lowest adult weight). I am a mommy to…

I'm in as well. If i'm being honest, i'm already pretty addicted to logging (I try to never miss a day...the last day I missed was because of a family vacation where I couldn't log on), but can always use some extra accountability...especially in the summer when family engagements tend to take over!

Oh man...you're absolutely right about changing the ticker/goal. I haven't wanted to do that because I'm proud of how far I've come...but maybe that mindset is precisely what's holding me back!? Maybe I've grown complacent because I figure I've almost reached my goal and that is somehow good enough!? Wow. You seriously…
-
Oh man, I seriously hope this is a troll post...because my blood is currently boiling. NO. Seriously...just NO.

I'm 34 with two kids (2.5 and 9 months) -- feel free to add me!

I love So Good soy milk (not sure if that's specific to Canada and I forgot to check where you were from before posting). It's the only non-dairy alternative that I enjoyed (and I tested a ton of alternatives). It's also non-GMO soy, so that's a bonus. :)

Umm...that wasn't very nice. We apples (or as you so eloquently put it "tomatoes on toothpicks") can't help our body types any more than pears can. Sheesh.

Looks yummy -- thanks!

I am IN LOVE with my new Nissan Pathfinder! It has the third row seating. :)

Well, I have also been doing TDEE less a relatively modest (thought it was 10%, but my fibit says it's higher than that) cut. And, oddly enough, I just started half marathon training a couple of weeks ago. I have been STARVING all day, and was trying to figure out what to do! I haven't got an answer for you, but am…

Fellow Canuck here! 34 year old mommy of two. Feel free to add me! :)

Fee free to add me. I'm 5'4" and currently weigh 132 (down from 173 since January)...still have 10 or so pounds to go...happy to encourage and help in any way at I can! :)

Mine is the abdomen...in particular, the dang flap from my pregnancies and c-sections. Working on it, but it's definitely frustrating!

Not trying to be a Debbie Downer, but I heard the Flex is getting pretty bad reviews in terms of its accuracy...might want to consider just getting the One instead (that's what i did). Just a thought (ducks for cover). :flowerforyou:

Definitely going to make this -- thanks!

I recently saw a recipe for the opposite -- using portobellos as the buns with a burger inside! Looked DELICIOUS (albeit a bit messy)!
