Sounds very nice but I would never use margarine. Butter or a good oil would be best. Thanks!

I have a bag of pre-cut frozen mango that I'm trying to use up. Can anyone estimate how much a whole mango yields, like either in cups, grams, or ounces?

Impossible because mangoes come in different varieties and sizes. Just guess it. It's just a bit of fruit and will not break your diet if you are out a tiny bit. Go for two or three cups maybe of mango for each mango.

Oh, I'm not worrying about breaking the diet. I just like to try recipes as close to the original as possible. That way, I can plan stuff to personalize it for the next time.
