Looking for MFP friends

Hi everyone!
I am really trying to lose 25 lbs. I am only 5'1'' and I weigh 145 lbs. Someone my height should weight just around 120 lbs -which is what I weighed in high school. I calculated my BMI and I am overweight. I read that a high BMI could result in problems with gallstones (and much more) which I am having. Plus, it's summertime and I want to feel confident in a bikini!!! I don't really have any friends who want to diet or lose weight, so I am reaching out on here! Lets motivate each other and lose that weight! Please add me only if you really mean business. :P

you'll find lots of supporting and helpful people on here...and quite a few morons.... but its not to hard to distinguish. Slow, maintanable consistancy is the key! Dieting/exercise is not a diet or quick fix, its a lifestyle change if its to be successful0
