I too struggle with eating enough calories. Roughly I have Breakfast- plain oatmeal, 2 eggs Snack-cheese stick Lunch-Tuna Sandwich or sometimes just canned tuna no bread, a little mayo, celery Dinner-chicken or fish with a veggie Is this enough? prolly not, so what can I add? Why without the yolk? I usually only eat eggwhites in my eggs, but someone one here the other day told me I should eat the whole egg inlcuding yolk. I know it's a big debate with eating yolks.

plain old fashioned oatmeal. I eat mine plain. When I first started eating it, I hated it. It still tastes like paper (which isn't that bad lol). I dont use the food diary on here. Not yet anyway. I like to posts on the message boards here and there. That menu I posted is what I eat everyday.
