So beautiful! How long did it take you to go from 176-145? What were your eating habits, did you count cals, exercise?

sandwiches! I always have tuna sand (some mayo, salt and pepper, boiled egg) ....or chicken and cheese sand... and if you need to watch the carbs, just leave out the bread!

i also have a question about protein shakes? I dont want to drink too much of these and bulk up or get fat...but I'm about to start p90x and I am only consuming 12-1300 cals/day, so I think protein shakes would benefit me. What type should I drink? I dont want to may the high $$$ for beachbody brands shakeology...

Do you like the quaker oatmeal? At first it was hard to get use to, cuz it does taste like paper..but i eventually adjusted. It's actually really good with frozen strawberries/walnuts or bananas/walnuts. no sugar needed

try something intense for a month...like p90x. I've seen amazing results (on other people) in just a month. I'm looking forward to trying it as well.

keep your body guessing and you won't hit any standstills. It's good that you realize it won't be 8lbs every week. My first week I lost 7lbs and got discouraged that the following week was only 1lb.

you know what works for me is reporting my progress on here and on facebook. i've started using the Nike + app with my ipod which links to facebook and says "so and so ran 3 miles today"...it's mentally rewarding for me. Not to mention, I love reading everyone's success stories on MFP/

there are so many good ones to choose from. Everyone's feet are different so you have to get what feels right for you. Personally, I prefer the Nike + shoes
