upper body strength I have none
Ok so I have tested myself by trying a few different upper body exercises...For example, I stood upside down with my hand on the floor and my feet on the wall. I've done planks, and even push ups and pull ups. I TOTALLY SUCK. How can I get stronger at these!!

I want to drop atleast 20-30 lbs by May 15. sugar and coffee creamer
How bad are they? I am counting them in my food diary. I usually have a 1tsp of each....I really don't like splenda or truvia or any of those. Do you think that the sugar/cream in my coffee is holding me back at all?

a really yummy breakfast or snack
This recipe is in one of the biggest loser cookbooks and I love it. It even satisfies my sweet tooth. Take a banana, split it down the middle. Spread pnut butter on the banana, add your fav flavored yogurt (i like strawberry) and top it with a handful of granola...it's delicious!

calorie intake
I am reading on the message boards and some of you are saying that 1200 cals isn't enough. Check out my diary. Should I fix something? What can I add??? I was doing fine by adding cheesesticks once a day, but that is such a fat filled snack. I really need suggestions for a little bit more healthy calories!
