a really yummy breakfast or snack
This recipe is in one of the biggest loser cookbooks and I love it. It even satisfies my sweet tooth. Take a banana, split it down the middle. Spread pnut butter on the banana, add your fav flavored yogurt (i like strawberry) and top it with a handful of granola...it's delicious!

Sounds delicious, but I too am curious how many calories. Depending on the amount of PB and what type of yogurt could be quite a lot!0
