I am doing cardio twice a day to burn fat. I want to tone at the same time tho. Would it be beneficial for me to do cardio once a day and weights the other. What should I be doing to rid the belly fat first!!?

I've always been told that you burn more fat if you cardio and strength training at the same time. I just started the 30-Day Shred with Jillian Michaels and she does this. Give it a try - it's like $9 at Wal-Mart, Target...wherever....and it's a workout! Good luck! I'm working on my jelly abs, too!0

Strength training is very important in fat loss. Look into doing some circuit training and you can get cardio and strength done all in one shot quick and effective!!0

I did 30 minute hit once as a trial. OMG it was crazy hard, different kickboxing, boxing, self defense moves from station to station for 30 minutes. The trainers really ride you to give it you all.
I couldn't puff out my stomach for 3 days and my abs felt super tight but not in a painful way (and I've made the over doing it mistake before). I would LOVE to sign up for it full time but funds aren't allowing it right now.0 -

you are going to just to cardio.... get in some intervals and plyometric strength as well. Make it interesting, at least for your sake0
