GingerLolita: I do log my exercise, but I tend to decrease the amount of time by about half because I feel like MFP overshoots. Secondly, just to be completely clear, you are saying eat the entire new amount that it gives after I put in exercise. So if I exercise 400 calories, I should be eating a total of 1680 in a day?

I'm a vegan! I love cooking and trying new recipes. I could use the extra motivation as well, so I'll add you! :)

Hey, girl! I live in AZ and will be moving to California this upcoming May/June. I know that's far out, but I'd be happy to friend you, and we can motivate each other! :) Good luck, either way!

I've never done WW myself, but I can tell you that calorie counting is very easy and basic. There are so many success stories here, and it's amazing how you much you'll realize you're eating after you start. Good luck, you can do it! :)

I just went to my local DSW and tried on every different type. I don't really have an arch to my foot, and I need a bit of extra ankle support, so I needed to try them each on and really take my time and walk around in them. That's my recommendation! Good luck!

Thanks, both of you! I see that this website has done a LOT of good for people, so I definitely want to experience that, too. See you around! :)
