TRACK EVERYTHING there is no negative calorie food a 5calorie gum that you do not swallow has calories no matter what. if you want this site to help you track every single thing you put into your mouth unless ur like me and have a pen chewing problem....no there is no calorie for that lol.

do i believe it 100% no lol but would i like other info on this whole TDEE thing yes does MFP figure this into the system? im sure they do cause they ask for heigh weight age activity level. so should i be eating closer to my daily calorie limit?

I don't do anything i just got like 4 websites that have a TDEE calculator put in my weight 344, height 6'3 age 24 activity level (low activity 1-3times a week with light work duty. and they each gave me a different TDEE i averaged them it said 4100 calories lol.

thanks everyone for the replies so it sounds like i need new shoes, take it a little slower, and drop some more weight....well damn lol oh well guess ill take it slower and hopefully get new shoes monday. and the obviouse weight will go on its own hopefully long as i eat right and exercise daily

I don't see how it would hurt honestly you are replacing one exercise with another. If you believe you are whelmed then ofcourse ease back on something your body will let you know just dont ignore the signs i believe. not a professional by no means.

they dont have training schooling or certifications, I on the other hand do have all of that only 1 other guard here has any training and it has to do with water treatment, there is no negotiating with this company for pay as i stated.

well thats the problem with security they never asked for it because for the most part guards in general dont ask for a certain pay because most security firms go by site pay you get paid what the site pays nothing more obviousely something less tho lol
