Hi, I got baking cups out of Asda for less than £2 - i use these when making American recipes, as it is must easier than weighing everything out. I think Tesoc do them as well :smile:

Just changed my goals on MFP and its now estimating that I will lose nothing - I'm guessing that this is normal though, as we are not using the 1200 cals a day?? Yeah, I usually only weigh myself every 2 weeks anyway - mostly I rely on tape measurements to let me know how I am doing. Do you have any advice re macros for protein/carbs/fat etc?? As I dont want to screwing up because I have my macros down wrong!

Thanks you so much - the having to eat 2100 cals a day kinda scares me as I have always thought 'lower cals = lower weight' I know that I just need to make better food choices and fingers crossed that I will see some good results. Thanks again, that was really nice of you to do that for me :happy:

I have terrible asthma and even though I use all my medication properly I still have a hard time getting it under control. Hi, how about combining them both and doing yogalates?? I have a Lousie Solomon DVD and I love it! I used it the first time I lost weight and thought it made a huge difference to my body shape and really helped me tone up, You can get her DVDs off Amazon and they are always pretty cheap.
