It's the end of my first week and I have lost zero pounds. I measured myself and I am a bit smaller in the areas I measured, but I can't say it's not disappointing.

I'm on day 3, and just wanted to say hello. I live in Gainesville, Florida. My biggest problem right now is that when I exercise, I don't want to eat, but when I don't exercise, it's all I can think about! Oh, well. This time I'm going to make it work! Cheers.
