Bean & Ham with carrots and potatoes. It is hubbies favorite to make.

  • I had a chicken burger on a bun - 250 cal.
    mixed vegetables 1/4 C. - 30 cal.
    home made baked sweet potato fries - 103 cal.

    Haven't had dinner yet, it's only 4:16 here...

    But I am going to have a salmon filet with garlic and lemon, spinache, and lentils...

    Might even have a No Pudge brownie for dessert.

  • Shrimp with Spaghetti noodles and mushrooms with a wedge of laughing cow cheese mixed in it. (Parmasean cheese too.)
  • I had Black Beans and Rice with Turkey Kielbasa. The recipe I used was soooooo good!!!
  • Two turkey soft tacos with letuce and cheese and a table spoon of salsa, on a whole wheat tortilla.

    Haven't had supper yet but plan to have a 4 oz. Tilipia fillet, 1 cup low fat chocolate milk, 1 cup cauliflower florets, and 1 cup cottage cheese.

    Oops, 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

    Gorton's - Shrimp Temptation (1/2 package) 180 calories and Steamfresh veg 100 calories and a suger free Jello Banana Supreme 60 calories. It was wonderful.

  • used hungry girl recipie for shrimp fettucini!!!! for the whole family and they devoured it in exactly 5 minutes!!! it was great makes 2 sevings, 200 cals per serving

    I'm hooked on Fiber One's Raisin Bran Clusters cereal so I had a nice sized bowl of that.

    fake pizza (about 1 cup low fat shredded mozzarella cooked in a frying pan until the bottom has a "crust". Then I put a couple tbsp sauce on top)

    Will be having 3 oz of leftover BBQ pork chop ( tenderloin). Hubby BBQ'd them perfectly last night. I only ate about 1/3 of one - they are HUGE!!

    Brussel Sprouts ( used to hate them - now YUMMMM:happy: )

  • huge piece of Salmon (350 calories?), a bunch of lettuce with 120 calories worth of dressing (yikes) and a half a box of a rasberry danish (880 calories) and I still have 700 calories (thanks to burning 250 at the YMCA and eating little throughout the day) left for the night. Yes! Oh and a diet coke (0 calories). Yes, I'm feeling good. I hit a new low today.

    Two all beef hotdogs with onion and sauerkraut and about 2 cups of Doritos crumbs. I had 1000 cal left over from the day so I kind-of went nuts for supper. Add that I've lost over 10 lbs in just over 30 days so I'm doing good.
  • Lamb Chops, real Mashed Potatoes and Succatash. My Lamb was cooked by my Saudi friends.

    I had quesadillas. with chicken.cheese, tomatos, taco sauce and sour cream I had my diet share and the guys pigged out! very very good!
  • ooh! I had an omelette with Ham, onions, mushrooms and a bit of swiss cheese, a side salad, two disgusting bites of the school cafeteria's idea of "Salisbury steak" and a little bowl of frosted flakes XD

    I had a b/s chicken breast marinated in raspberry chipotle sauce, mock mashed potatoes (using cauliflower instead of potatoes), and steamed green beans. Thinking about a snack of fat free chocolate pudding with f/f cool whip for about 100 calories. Yummy!
  • i used my first crock pot today and made beef strogonoff.. it is made w
    lean stew beef 1.5 pds
    2 cans of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup
    1 dry onion soup mix
    cups of fat free sour cream
    and wheat pasta

    i built it on that website and if did it right the serving was about 350 cals and 6 grams of fat.. could i be way off??

    and i had a hostess 100 cal carrot cake pack and milk for dessert
