I am almost done week 6... Second month is WAY more difficult! Diet has been my biggest struggle - but I think I got my mind there now... I plan to redo it all when I am done with a clean diet and see how far I can go... It's definitely core heavy- I can see new definition in my obliques! :D

I am 5'1 and small framed... I am currently 115 lbs and my goal is 110 lbs- but I wouldn't mind 105- although on the small side for me, I admit. When you are small framed- 5 lbs makes a big difference- 115 lbs may sound small but it's a little chubby for me.

the more I work out, the more I drink... so like was said earlier- sweat more! squeezing a lemon in it can be yummy too- but I don't find it necessary.

Currently, I am doing Insanity 6 x a week (on the recovery week atm- almost ready for month 2! Eeeee!) and I go to yoga and spin also when I can...

No, only diet and exercise will reduce belly fat. But it will help strenghten your tummy muscles - in a small degree- and allow you to look a little slimmer. (Just because you are sucking it in...hehe) There isn't any magic trick- only diet and excercise :)
